Payment Information
Fees for payment of services are outlined on the website for MN Clinic. Other fees will be charged to as agreed with prior to commencing the services.
All charges for services are using NZ dollars and includes GST. Prices do not include shipping (where it is applicable as in case of books). If an international bank is use, your bank may charge you a fee for transaction. Please also note, when using credit card or systems that act as an intermediary for payments such as Paypal or Stripe, there may be a slight charge put on initial cost as part of their system.
Please note that the initial appointment fees are for either one hour clinic for simple medical conditions or for an hour and half for complex conditions. Where the clinic runs for longer than the initial scheduled time due to the complexity of the client's conditions, surcharge will be added in 15 minute lot pro-rata. This is noted on the website under "Clinic Fees" as per excerpt below..
Please consider the complexity of your conditions so that you can make appropriate booking.
* At times, complex medical conditions and life history may require more time during a scheduled 60-minute appointment. Surcharge is added to initial cost in 15 minutes block for greater than scheduled initial appointment time.
* MN Clinic regularly sees patients that require 90 minutes for initial appointment, especially where there have been long term multi-layered conditions.
It is an expectation by Maximised Nutrition that clients to the service will provide fair judgments to charges for the services provided.
Fees for Biomarker tests are separate from "clinic/consultation fees. Thus, a person undertaking to purchase biomarker tests will be charged for that/those tests separately. In other words, the clinic fees do not include costs of the biomarker tests. Costs for the Biomarker tests can be done online or through separate invoicing for these tests.
Fees on the website can be increased by Maximised Nutrition in order to reflect fair market charges (specially to reflect inflation, increased rent and cost of running a business).

Making A Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact Maximised Nutrition by mail, email or telephone. We will endeavour to take such steps as are reasonable to investigate your complaints in a timely manner. We will give you a written notice of investigations which has been carried out and the outcome. Since we strive to provide a great service to our clients, please contact us as the first option for your complaint. If we fail to address your concerns to your satisfaction, please do contact the Dietitians Board of New Zealand or the Health & Disability Commissioner.
